Welcome to P'tits Bonheurs! Quiet property, located in the center of a small village at the gates of Le Mans, you will find a large and beautiful country house of 230 m2, bright, spacious and very pleasant to stay in It has two terraces, a beautiful landscaped garden, an indoor heated pool from October to the end of April, a relaxation area around a brazier but also a ping pong table, a barbecue and all the equipment to have a good time! The space Welcome to our home! We are Vincent and Virginia, the fresh quarantine and the desire for adventure took us with our 3 children very far away, in Tahiti, 17,000 km from our nest! So during this crazy experience we wanted our dear house to continue to live and make other people happy, as she did with us! You will therefore find the atmosphere of a home, in addition to the charm of the old combined with modern facilities, in this fully furnished and equipped individual farmhouse, including 19 beds in all (beds and extra beds included). Upstairs: - A bedroom with 1 bed 160cm, dressing room and small shower room - A bedroom with 1 bed 180cm, dressing room - A bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, large dressing room and extra 140cm mattress on the floor - A bedroom in a row with the previous one (the dressing room preserves everyone's privacy) with 1 bed 160cm and 3 beds 90cm. - Bathroom with bathtub and changing table - 1 separate WC. 2 umbrella beds and 1 park available on request On the ground floor: - A bedroom area, separated from the rest of the accommodation by double curtains, with 1 bed 140 cm (counts as 5th bedroom) - A bathroom and an independent toilet attached - The kitchen, fully equipped and opens to the retractable shelter protecting the pool and outdoor dining and relaxation areas. - A beautiful dining room-living room space with pellet stove, exposed beams and stones, 1 fixed sofa and 1 sofa bed, allows you to eat and spend quality time indoors as well. - A second living room with giant screen and video projector, PlayStation 3 and games available. 1 fixed sofa and 1 convertible bench in 140 cm. Two exteriors to satisfy all your desires! - In the front a south facing terrace where you will find a barbecue as well as a dining area and from where you will access the grocery store. - On the other side of the house a large terrace offering a swimming pool in 8m / 4m, heated from October to the end of April, under a retractable shelter (you can swim in open air in good weather!), where you can in particular eat, relax, enjoy a fire pit and the garden. Note that a second house is rented on the property. Our tenant benefits from a garden that overlooks the house you will rent, as well as a vegetable garden that adjoins your small terrace, on the barbecue side. We have taken care to set up window breaks to delimit spaces and preserve everyone's privacy. Adjacent to the property, the Au P'tit Marché Degrén grocery store, real heart of the village, welcomes you in the good humor and offers you its local products (meat, charcuterie, cheeses, yogurt, bread, cosmetics, vegetables... ) as well as most basic products. Be careful with no or few baby supplies, provide diapers, small pots etc... In the village you can have fun at the new City Stadium, but also at the children's playground behind the town hall and why not take part in a game of pétanque on the many neighboring grounds of the football stadium. By car, you will be in: - 22 minutes from the famous 24h of Le Mans circuit! - 18 minutes from the Plantagenet city, the historic center of Le Mans, with its medieval facades, and its magnificent Saint Julien Cathedral, but also the dynamic city center with its shops, theaters, bars and restaurants. - 16 minutes from the Auchan hypermarket and the commercial area of the Chapelle Saint Aubin. -20 minutes from Papéa Parc, human-sized amusement park for small and big children! - 22 minutes from the Abbey of the Epau and the Arch of Nature (observation of the flora and animals of the farm) - 25 minutes from Wake Paradise, a pond to discover or find the sensations of wake surfing. - 30 minutes to the State Forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume and its leisure base of Sillé Plage. A second house is rented year-round on the property, but everyone's privacy is preserved. Two parking spaces are reserved for you on the property. Beyond two cars you will need to park 100m away, in the square in front of which you will pass to access the accommodation (several free parking spaces available). Want to enjoy the house a little more without paying for an extra night? It's possible! For €100 more you can arrive from 9:30 a.m. or stay until 7 p.m.! Service to be requested when booking. Other things to note Upon request and depending on the availability of the house, you will be able to arrive earlier (from 9:30 a.m. or leave later, until 7 p.m.) in order to enjoy the house and the outdoors one more day, without having to pay an extra night! This service will be charged €100 per additional day for a maximum of 10 people (beyond that, €10/additional person will be added) and will be requested upon booking in order to be able to offer you an Airbnb "special offer" including this day.
