Outside🌳, a garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue, fenced ground of 1400m2. 💫 No light pollution if you like to observe the sky. 🪵 Use of the wood-burning stove: Wood for heating is stored in the niche provided for this purpose, at the back of the house. The wood-burning stove is an efficient and pleasant way to heat. As the house is particularly well insulated, the heat rises quickly and can reach a high temperature. We only provide the amount of wood needed for one day of heating. This flat rate is calculated on a reasonable average consumption of stays in the last two years. In the case of exceeding this flat rate during the meter reading, the landlord reserves the right to ask the lessee to pay the difference on the basis of 0.21/KWh (rate in force in 2024 on our EDF energy supply contract). - During the summer period we come to mow once a week, we send a message.
