The space The house has three bedrooms that can accommodate 9 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 double bed + 1 single bed, and the third bedroom has 4 single beds arranged in two bunk beds. There is a central, zoned bathroom with a toilet at the entrance The living, sitting and dining room space is spacious, with large windows overlooking the lake and park The kitchen is equipped and in the courtyard there is a portable barbecue. There is internet and cable TV. There is a garage for two cars The house is in a 400 square meter condominium with 4 houses. This house shares green spaces and a pool with a house below. It has its own barbecue and a large balcony terrace. All the houses share the entrance gate to the land and the parking area. The park is not divided with a fence or wall, but each house has its own space in the vicinity of the house. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of guests, only the entrance to the property and the parking space next to the entrance are shared Other things to note - Bed linen is provided but not towels, guests must bring their own - Check-in is from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The house is not available after that time - Check-out is until 10 am. - Electricity consumption is paid separately: there is a meter on the property that records consumption and at the end of the stay the kW consumed are charged at the kW value of the last electricity bill. - Safety and rest are privileged in the place, so parties, loud music or meetings with people other than those declared when booking are not allowed (the house is for the exclusive use of guests, visitors are not allowed) - Quiet hours must be respected, avoiding any noise or annoying activity, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. - Waste generated in ALL sectors during the stay must be deposited in properly closed bags on a DAILY BASIS in the places provided for this purpose in the condominium entrance area. - The house is delivered clean, the extra cleaning service carries a supplement of 3 USD per hour. - Rooms are delivered with clean linens. If guests wish to change them during their stay, there is a surcharge. - No pets allowed
