Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place.Only a few blocks from town square,you will find The Homeplace. Co-host lives next door & is available if you need her. We are quaint&cozy & close to everything you may need in Belleville, Kansas.Front&rear entrances are only accessible by stairs/steps. Please read house manual.*Please note:Only 1 Bathroom downstairs&is ONLY accessible through Bedroom 1.Please watch your head upstairs.Converted attic space has angles to watch out for.* The space 2 bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs bathroom is accessible through one of the bedrooms. Downstairs ac cools all of downstairs with bedroom doors open. Tower fans are available as well. Guest access Guests have access to entire house except garage & upstairs locked cabinets. Guests have backyard seating as well. Other things to note Will sleep 6 comfortably, however, on the main floor, the guests in bedroom 2 will have to use bedroom 1's attached master bathroom. Please consider this before booking and also there is 1 window unit downstairs and 1 upstairs. tower fans are available as well. No unregistered guests allowed, no pets, no parties. Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Outside security cameras are present (1 front porch/1 back door/1 garage)....for guest & host safety. NO INDOOR CAMERAS. Do not move cameras.
