Follow the signs to Bear Bottom to find this unique and private home in the base area at Loon Mountain. Park under the carport and be greeted by the local skier when entering to stow your gear in the colorful cubbies. Head past the owner’s lock-off apartment and up the winding stairs to the main bedroom level. Here you’ll find a den with a TV, a full bath, and a washer/dryer set, as well as two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one with a set of bunk beds and two twins. Head up to the top floor and enjoy the open-plan views. The living room features a hanging wood stove and the dining area seats 8 with 4 more chairs at the fully-equipped kitchen’s counter. Also on this level are another queen bedroom, another bath, and access to the large deck with plenty of room to enjoy the sun and trees waving in the breeze. While here, enjoy the membership access to the Mountain Club Fitness Center in the hotel just yards away. The Fitness Center has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, steam room, cardio and weight exercise rooms, a basketball/racquetball court, and yoga/spinning classes available to members. The hotel also offers the Viaggio Spa, for massage, facial, and other spa treatments to relax and enjoy. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more. Please note: This home provides two to four parking spaces. Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
