(This past May, the lake was already full!) You’re also welcome to dine at the outdoor table overlooking the water—it’s a scenic spot, especially at sunset. Just be mindful that the retaining wall does not have a safety rail, so please keep a close eye on children. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to access the rooftop area of the boat house. It is clearly marked with signage. Other things to note Liability Waiver: By booking, you acknowledge that swimming and use of the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, and other water equipment is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents and agree to hold the host harmless. These activities may pose risks to children, those with medical conditions, or anyone pregnant, intoxicated, or on medication. Booking confirms that all guests understand and accept these risks and waive any claims.
