The tastefully decorated interiors create a welcoming atmosphere, bathed in natural light that streams through the large windows. The total area of the property including the rice fields is 3300 sqm. The property offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in total and can accommodate a maximum of 6 pax. We provide strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the place. Each private room has an AC and a Smart TV. A Smart TV is also placed in the Living Room area. Netflix app is available on all TVs but guests will need to use their own account to log in. We provide private, gated parking that can fit around 2-3 cars and a few additional motorbikes. For families traveling with children, our villa is a haven of entertainment. FOR FAMILY WITH TODDLERS OR KIDS: We can help you to arrange baby cots, high chair, stair gate, car baby seat and lots more at an extra cost. Guest access The entire villa is yours to enjoy, except the storage room where all the cleaning equipment is stored. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services. Other things to note - There will be a member of Staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late, there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 3 sets of keys to the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - THERE ARE CONSTRUCTIONS AROUND THE VILLA, THEREFORE THERE CAN BE SOME UNWANTED NOISE DISTURBANCES THROUGHOUT THE DAY; AS A RESULT, WE HAVE REDUCED THE PRICES OF THE RENTAL ACCORDINGLY. - As the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. - Due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
