Welcome to our spacious and quiet apartment in Brussels, just 25 minutes by transport from the city center and the Gare du Midi. We have equipped the space with amenities rarely found in other rental properties, including a gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. The space The accommodation is spacious, it is about 90 m2. It is suitable for 4 people. A large entrance hallway serves all the rooms, the two bedrooms (in a row), the kitchen and the living room. The first bedroom has 1 double bed and a small dresser. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (stacked) and a large dresser. There's also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. For your children: a baby basket is installed in the bedroom and there is the possibility of adding a foldable bed in the second bedroom. All adult and child bedding is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender, nesspresso coffee machine and an Italian coffee maker. There is everything you need for cooking, materials, utensils, condiments and spices. Coffee and tea are also provided. From the kitchen you can access the totally private garden in which there is a small spa (sauna, jacuzzi, gym and relaxation area). You can have all the privacy you need by closing the hot tub curtains. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor space in a completely private way. The Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost: - €150 for three-day stays - €180 for stays of four days - €200 for stays of five days or more It is accessible from June to September Other things to note - The Jacuzzi is available from April 15 to October 1 for a fee. - There is a cat on site (Mina), she lives above but often wanders in the garden
