The bathroom is private and includes all needed essentials for your first night stay NOTE: We provide 1 bath towel per guest. Also provides 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll or more depending on the amount of nights guests are staying. 1 toilet paper , 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. The balcony faces pool & ocean view and the breeze will relax you while you are in your chairs. Dining table with 4 chairs. For those that enjoy the fresh air, there is a ceiling fan over the beds, living room and dining table. Full access to the property amenities including the pool, playgrounds, basketball court. There is multiples restaurants, hotels, casinos, a CVS Pharmacy less than a minute away and a Walgreens about 2 to 3 minutes away. The supermarket 24/7 is about 5 minutes away. Guest access Guests have to send the host the full names of every guest staying in the apartment to complete a registration form for security. This information shall be sent with 72 hours of anticipation. If not, check-in will be interrupted and guests will not have access to the pool or common areas until the next day. Other things to note Parking Space is available on premises. The apartment also has a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, toaster and coffee maker. It has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a buggy board and a basketball, among others. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. Under any circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
