Clean and Spacious Private Basement Suite

Our suite is charming, comfy, and a relaxing place to unwind, while still being close to everything. We are nestled in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood of acre lots, Located in the center of the Boise/Nampa Metro, within 5 minutes of the freeway! Meridian is just a jump away. Ford Arena, just a 5 minute drive. When you stay at our spacious basement suite you will enjoy your private entrance. Relax on the comfortable beds and couch, enjoy the large smart TV and large backyard. The space This basement suite really is quite spacious! The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and futon. There is a full-size bed in the second bedroom. The master bath boasts a large walk in shower. The couch can be made up to sleep another person as well! The yard is huge with spoiled, free range chickens clucking around. They are quite docile and leave the humans alone, but if guests are uncomfortable with them, they are happy to retire to their comfy coop. A review accused our little apartment of bed bugs. This guest was using this accusation to divert attention from her own bad behavior. We had the apartment completely inspected for any type of infestation and there was no evidence of any. Airbnb did not support us in this situation and we did leave the platform for a time. At any rate, we are fastidious about cleaning the apartment. We have been trained in the detection of bed bugs and inspect after every visit. We also have pest control company complete regular inspections. We are confidant that our guests are safe from bed bugs in our apartment. Guest access Outside the patio doors is a large yard with grass and seasonal trees. Guests are welcome to use the yard. Other things to note There are actually beds for 4 people, but plenty of space for a 5th person to be on the couch or floor. The apartment is located in the basement, with the entrance opening in the backyard. Reaching the entrance requires guests to walk across the front lawn and through a gate. There are no stairs and access is generally an easy process. The hosts have a small dog that can be seen on the property. His name is Loki and he thinks he runs the place. He is not usually a barker and shouldn’t be a bother.
