The 3-room ground floor apartment in a quiet area in the heart of Mindelheim can accommodate up to 5 people ->Large terrace (south side) with garden lounge and table. -> 2 bedrooms each with 180x200 & 160x200 box spring beds –> 86 inch smart TV, TeufelCinebar Netflix WLAN –>Kitchen with fridge/freezer, BORA, oven and dishwasher -> comfortable 5m couch, sleeps 5th person -> Sufficient free parking spaces on site and an underground parking space The space This modern apartment is perfect for 4 people, but it can also accommodate 5 guests thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. Parking is possible directly in front of the apartment and is free of charge. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer combination and BORA induction hob. Cooking here is a pleasure, of course there is also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils The kitchen also has a dining table with real mango wood for four people and a Senseo coffee machine. Of course we also provide coffee pods, sugar, tea etc. for our guests free of charge. –The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower (overhead shower), heated towel rail and washbasin with illuminated mirror. Everything you could wish for from your home is also available here: Hair dryer, towels and shower gel and shampoo. -Fresh linen and towels are of course included. -It is a non-smoking household.
