Newly built to fully enjoy the panorama with wild woods and the sea, the vacation home is on the second floor of Tenuta Anna and has a large private terrace with two canopies that shade the dining area and outdoor relaxation area. The interiors consist of living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. The bohemian style of the furniture is characterized by the freedom of combinations of different furnishings, fabrics, colors, lighting and materials. The chandeliers, for example, are hand-embroidered and made entirely of natural fabrics such as wool and cotton. Green in its many shades becomes a furnishing element, with a combination of plants, pillows and the bottle glass of old demijohns. An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Shared Garden and Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
