The elegant Ocen View Villa is a two-story house with a private pool, located directly on the beach (first shoreline). You have a 150 m2 house at your disposal. In the morning, you wake up and see the ocean from your bed :) There is a private beach with free sun loungers, umbrellas and towels, 3 huge pools, a bar and restaurant next to the Resort, a volleyball court and other amenities. You can order breakfast at the pool❤️ Pick-up and drop-off from the airport (extra charge) The space The villa is located right by the beach (first shoreline, direct access to the beach), and the terrace and windows offer a perfect view of the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, hot water. Bathroom with hot water, toilet paper and soap. Fresh tap water - Free unlimited Wi-Fi connection - Free parking on or in front of the property - Airport and taxi transfers (extra charge) - Queen-size bed with bedding and towels - Beach towels - Electric kettle for making coffee or tea - French press - Personal hygiene products - hand soap and bodies ATTENTION! There is a lower voltage in the mains than in Europe and the electric hob has a lower heating temperature. Baking in a pan takes much longer than usual. We recommend preparing lunches in the oven. NOTE: Possible power outages, during which time power will be supplied by a generator but without air conditioning. Private pool: exclusively for you and your loved ones. 3. Outdoor relaxation area: a large terrace, an umbrella with sun loungers, and a private garden with palm trees and local vegetation. 4. Immediate surroundings: direct access to a beach with white, powdery sand. 5. Secure parking: Free parking spaces on the property. 6. Discreet care and service on site: To provide you with the best possible standard while maintaining the full privacy of the house, our trusted local team operates on the property, providing cleaning, garden and pool maintenance (a service that strives to keep the pool water clean and the area around the villa tidy in the morning). 7. Security: The property is fenced and guarded 24 hours a day by professional security. Other things to note Houses in Africa are usually not airtight, so you might see a gecko or ants on the wall. Geckos are not dangerous and will run away when they hear a human. If you see any ants, please let our manager Anna know, and she will treat them with powder. Please be advised that during the New Year’s Eve, you should expect power outages, and therefore, one of the two air-conditioning units and other utilities will not be available. When turned on, our generator will provide basic power for the lighting, fans, water pump, and air conditioning in the bedroom. During busy periods, such as New Year's Eve, there may be power outages that are the result of a load on the power grid in the region. According to the information received from the plant in Zanzibar, we warn you that there are power outages on the island, which is a general problem of the island. While we're trying to make sure it doesn't affect the comfort of your stay, please be prepared for any energy outages. Power outages are due to reasons beyond our control. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, but we do not use harsh chemicals that could damage the local ecosystem.
