Le Clos du Lierre is a family home that we have completely renovated with quality materials. Ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy Perche and good times together. Located in the heart of a charming village on the edge of Perche, former stronghold of the Duke of Saint-Simon. The whole village can be visited on foot... ideal for nature and old stone lovers! Our house is only available on Airbnb We don't rent it on other sites The space The house is 140 m2 and consists of a large open equipped kitchen (table that can accommodate 6 people), a large living/dining room (table that can accommodate 10 people). In the equipped kitchen you will find: oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, ice maker. The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor (140 cm bed) with its ensuite bathroom, the other two upstairs (160 cm and 140 cm bed) with a separate bathroom. There are also two bathrooms upstairs and on the ground floor. A crib and high chair are available. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. Linens are provided: bed linens, towels. The 500 m2 walled garden is ideal for everyone's tranquility and children's safety. A friendly terrace area for families or groups of friends to have fun. Sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing as well as a petanque court to entertain in the shade. Shops are a 2-minute walk away: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, delicatessen, caterer, wine bar, bank, florist, PMU. Market on Thursday and Sunday mornings under the town hall. Guest access The nearest train stations are Verneuil-sur-Avre (15 min) and La Loupe (20 min). You can park your vehicles in the streets adjacent to the house (little traffic) You will have access to the whole house, except for two private rooms (used to store our personal belongings), the garage and the cellar. Other things to note Clay tennis courts are available by reservation (15 min walk/2 min drive) A children's play area is located at the entrance to the Château Park Fishermen's landmarks are located in the Château park and nearby Center Parcs Les Bois Francs is 19 minutes away: golf, water park, spa, bowling...
