Here you’ll find natural beaches, crystal-clear waters, and unspoiled nature – perfect for those seeking relaxation and privacy. The nearest beach is just about 150 meters away, inviting you to swim, sunbathe, and unwind. The space 🇬🇧 Your Holiday Apartment in Rtina Miočić – Peace, Nature, and Modern Comfort by the Sea The apartment is located in a well-maintained semi-detached house with a total of four units. The cozy ground-floor apartment (right side) is available for rent – perfect for couples or families. The house is being renovated in 2025! You can look forward to a larger, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, an extra guest WC, new flooring throughout, and a newly updated exterior railing – adding comfort, safety, and charm. A special highlight: your private garden area is now fully fenced. Right from the house, you can explore scenic hiking trails, leading to a nearby freshwater river or up to the hilltop, where you’ll find Roman ruins and enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the sea. Within the village, you'll find a few small restaurants and shops for daily needs. The next larger town is Ražanac (approx. 3 km away) with supermarkets, post office, ATMs, and more beaches to explore. Just 20 km away, the historic city of Zadar awaits with its charming Venetian old town, seaside promenade, local markets, cafés, and a great variety of shops. Guest access 🇬🇧 Access to the Apartment Access to the apartment is easy and convenient via a house key stored in a small safe right next to the entrance door. You will receive the code for the key safe shortly before your arrival via message. This allows for a flexible and hassle-free check-in at any time that suits you.
