This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. ••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats. A valid email and cell phone are required. Any dogs, in pet friendly rentals only, are billed at $250 plus tax, each, per week of stay. If your reservation is made 7 days before arrival you will be required to provide us with a selfie holding your ID. Please complete the forms within 3 days to confirm your stay.
