Apartment fantastic location between orchards

The 65 sqm apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished with high-quality furnishings. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2m) with a separate bunk for children (up to approx. 10 years), a living room with a sofa bed that can be used if necessary. The kitchen in the dining-living room is fully equipped. There are two quiet terraces between orchards and the garden. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, a dining and living area with an open kitchen, as well as a hallway and a private bathroom. The terrace with a surrounding walkway is very large and quiet. Guest access Next to the apartment there is a shared laundry room. This room has its own washing machine and dryer. Please note that the terraces outside belong to the apartment, but the garden belongs to the tenant on the upper floor. We ask that you be considerate of the other tenants of the house. Other things to note Since our holiday apartment is in a tourist area, our city administration charges a tourist tax of 2 euros per person/day. In return you will receive a guest card for free use of the bus and train, as well as various discounts on entrance fees. Since holiday guests are registered by the landlord in advance, we ask you to pay the tourist tax during your stay. As the landlord of the apartment, we are obliged to register you in advance and therefore ask you to pay us the tourist tax during your stay. You will receive your guest cards from us.
