July in Colorado - Furnished and Updated

We are turning our nightly AirBnB listing into a long-term rental July- perfect for someone here for summer work or in between housing. Enjoy our home in a sweet neighborhood in the heart of Lafayette in Boulder County! We are looking for a LOW IMPACT single person or a couple who would like to stay while we are out of town and water our plants. The home's monthly rental price is below market value in exchange for watering the plants. The space Please read entire description: Since this is our primary residence (we will be out of town throughout your stay), we want to host someone who will be clean and courteous in our home. The home has been remodeled and updated since photos were taken to include an open concept main level with brand new kitchen. Downstairs has been converted to hardwood floors and wood paneling is removed. It's like new! The care of the home and plants is reflected in the rental price. The Space: Enjoy an entire home to yourself in this quiet, lovely, updated home nestled in the heart of Lafayette in Boulder County! Breweries, boutiques and bistros abound along main street and a short jaunt gets you to I-25, Denver, Boulder or the mountains. Light and bright garden level bedroom with charming built-ins, queen-size bed, flat screen TV with Netflix, and your own private bathroom. Right around the corner is a large den with theater projector and sectional couch. This Airbnb bedroom is downstairs with a private bathroom across the hall. There is a dresser and shoe rack in the hallway closet so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Main level includes updated kitchen, lovely living room and dining area. Walk-out deck off of the dining area via sliding glass door. Hardwood floors throughout. This tri-level home has an upstairs wing that is not rentable and will remain vacant/closed off for the summer. This area is not part of the AirBnB and this consideration is taken into account in the price we have listed for the private home. All utilities, cable and Internet, and laundry are included. AC could be an additional cost if usage is above normal. Everything else is yours to enjoy including a walk-out deck and backyard. Guest access The entire home aside from our upstairs wing is all yours! We will keep the upstairs wing closed off. The main level and lower suite is the AirBnB listing. You will be the only ones present, we will be out of town. Other things to note We would like to set up a Meet and Greet to walk thru the home and show you around. Once you are booked we can look at a time to do so but ideally it would need to be before Memorial Day Weekend. Thank you!
