Upon entry, you will feel right at home. This home has just been renovated and is pristine! The space As you walk into the space you will take a deep breath feeling right at home. A crazy soft and cozy blanket will be draped over your new pottery barn sleeper sofa. (Pottery Barn sleeper sofa's won the award for most comfortable sleeper sofa, so you're guests will sleep well on their patented memory foam mattress.) You'll love smelling the orange blossoms while you sit in your outdoor living room by the fire pit table with a cup of hot tea while watching the sunset colors light up the Ojai sky and surrounding mountains in your private backyard. Then you can enjoy a soak in your private hot tub in the garden surrounded by lush bamboo while star gazing up into the famous Ojai night sky. (Our dark sky ordnance makes star gazing epic!) From the backyard, you will hear what sounds like a soft gentle rain… a Queen palm frond blowing in the wind. (My favorite sound ever!). If you come in season, you can squeeze fresh organic Ojai orange juice right from your tree! I am an avid Airbnb renter and I personally love it when I rent a home that is fully stocked with everything I need. So that is the experience that I have created for you. I have designed a chef's kitchen with everything you might need to enjoy your culinary experience. The home is stocked with zip locks, tin foil, toilet paper, paper towels, olive oil, Himalayan salt and pepper kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Baking pans, pie pans, cookie sheets, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, coffee maker, full set of pots and pans, and even a garlic press and a lemon squeezer are provided! I hope I have thought of everything to make your stay luxurious. You will have access to a shared washer and dryer with unscented plant-based laundry soap provided. Beach towels and boogie boards are also provided to enjoy the beach just 20 mins away. You will have your own parking space and access to electric charging for an additional fee. Guest access Everything you see in these photos is your private space. Only the washer and dryer is a shared room that you can lock from your side. There are small private units on the property with long-term tenants. They have their own entrance, parking spot, and their own yard, and have no access to your private yard. Everything pictured in the listing is completely private to you. If they are rented, chances are you will not run into them. This neighborhood is sweet. It sits above the valley, providing beautiful sunset and mountain views. You'll be a short walk away from the Besant Meadow trail where you can hike up to the peak and overlooking the valley at sunset, or continue hiking over the peak into the valley where you can stop on a park bench and next to the pond that overlooks the famous Topa Topa mountains. This home is located in the Ojai Valley just a 5-minute drive from Vons. The famous Ojai bike trail is just a few blocks away. You can bring/rent bikes or walk all the way to town.
