A fabulous 85 m2 apartment with a very spacious layout. At the entrance we find the living room with a sofa, a single armchair and poufs to be comfortable in the rest area. The first room has a double bed and space for storing clothes. A large hallway with a fully equipped kitchen with pans, plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, appliances... and a bathroom with a shower. At the back we have the other room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. All the rooms in the house have a window and face the outside. The reservation includes towels for guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Other things to note Pets are welcome, as long as the owners are responsible for them and any damage they may cause. Remember to let us know that you are bringing a pet. If they are used to getting on the sofa, please bring a blanket to cover the surfaces. Thank you! The keys can be handed over between 16:00 and 20:00, subject to prior arrangement. For arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 there will be a 20€ surcharge to be paid in cash at the key handover. For arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00 there will be a 50€ surcharge to be paid in cash at the key handover. After 00:00, we DO NOT receive guests or hand out keys, plan your trip in advance.
