5-person annex in the heart of the countryside

Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the calm of the countryside in our outbuilding. A large 2000 m2 garden surrounds the property with stunning views of the mountains. We are located close to Lake Paladru, Bourgoin Jallieu and the Tour du Pin. Many hiking trails are accessible from the house and for the more adventurous we are ideally located in the area 1 hour from various tourist sites. The space Our main residence is attached to the outbuilding, we are available (when we are present) for any requests. In the presence of our guests, we do our best to give you the maximum privacy and avoid shared spaces. You will stay in the old 80 m2 farmhouse (see photo no. 2). The accommodation is on two levels: On the ground floor: -Lounge - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, mini freezer, ceramic cooktop) Raclette or fondue machine available upon request. - Bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine) Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 mezzanine area with 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed - 1 toilet - 1 hallway with dressing room The yard: - Shared courtyard and parking - The garden consists of several parts, you will find several spaces to enjoy it Guest access Our garden is divided into several parts: You will have access to the one dedicated to the pool (space shared with us). We also have a small peaceful corner with picnic table for privacy. When we have guests, we do our best not to use the pool-side garden. We have our own private space so as not to disturb you. The courtyard is also shared (see photo), and we try to give you as much privacy as possible. Other things to note INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE: - Beds made on arrival - Towels provided - Dish towel IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: - When the sofa bed is open, the mezzanine space is restricted. - Beds and baby equipment available upon request. - Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility (3 steps at the entrance to the accommodation + stairs to go upstairs). - Non-smoking accommodation - All parties are prohibited - No extra guests on the booking without our consent - The accommodation is not brand new, its defects are part of its charm
