A spacious suite with a work desk and private bathroom offers our guests a quiet retreat to work or rest. The other two comfortable double bedrooms with their own desks share a spacious full bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a bed with a comfortable mattress, bed linen and soft, 100% cotton quality towels, ensuring a good night's sleep for our guests. Other things to note Please note that the villa is a 5-minute drive from the historic center of Guimarães. Note that the property is completely enclosed as a condominium and access to the house is through a gate and path that are common to the other houses. Please note that the outdoor space is private, as its use is exclusive to the property's guests and has a gate, but the courtyard is common to the other houses on the property and has mutual views with the neighbors. Before your arrival, we will send you the check-in instructions and where you can pick up the keys. We ask all guests to fill out a registration form that complies with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal, where you will be asked for your citizen's card/passport or driver's license details. No persons not registered in the reservation are allowed to enter, either to visit or to stay overnight, without the prior written authorization of the owner.
