A spacious suite with a work desk and private bathroom offers our guests a quiet retreat to work or rest. The other two comfortable double bedrooms with their own desks share a spacious full bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a bed with a comfortable mattress, bed linen and soft, 100% cotton quality towels, ensuring a good night's sleep for our guests. Other things to note Please note that the villa is 5 minutes by car from the historical center of Guimarães. Note that the property is completely closed as a condominium and access to the villa is made by a gate and path that other villas are common. Please note that the outdoor space is private, as its use is exclusive to the property guests and has a gate, but the courtyard is common to the other villas on the property and has mutual viewing with the neighbors. Prior to your arrival, we will send you the check-in signs and where you can collect the keys. We ask all guests to complete a registration form that is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal, where you will be asked for the details of your ID card/passport or driving license. It is not allowed the entry of persons not registered in the reservation, either for visit or overnight, without the prior written authorization of the owner. This rule aims to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking and partying inside the property, in order to ensure respect for the tranquility and well-being of all guests and neighbors. To ensure the safety of all guests and the property, it is advised that there is a surveillance camera installed at the entrance of the property. The camera is used exclusively for safety purposes and monitors only common areas.
