It is 70m from Lagoudi beach and 150m from Afissos square, the picturesque tavernas and cafe bars by the sea. Its interior is highly aesthetic and comfort, which makes a big impact on generous hospitality. Tastefully furnished, equipped with all modern amenities as well as excellent quality linens and household utensils, the residence exudes care in every detail. All rooms are lit up by the windows and balcony doors. The house has 2 bedrooms, a double and a single room, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. The double bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the Pagasitian Gulf skyline and a window to the tree-lined slopes of the Centaurs mountain. The living area has access to two balconies, the central and the largest of all, overlooking the infinite blue, and the balcony of the entrance, as another version of relaxation. In the living room there is a sofa that it converts into a double bed. The kitchen, developed in an indoor corner of the living room, is equipped with all the necessary household items, as well with all kitchen utensils for a functional stay.
