You will love staying at our new, super stylish and immaculate bungalow. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our yard is an absolute lush oasis during all seasons. It has multiple places to eat and lounge, plus a gas fire pit. You can walk to the Arroyo Grande Village where you can taste wine, eat delish food and shop for local goods and antiques. There is also a park within walking distance with small playground for kids and plenty of green space to throw a frisbee or picnic. The space Our home has tons of personality and is extremely clean. It's a perfect spot to hang with family and friends. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is off one hall, and the other two bedrooms and bath are off the second hall. This way there is privacy for guests. The home has an open concept floor plan with huge dining room table, large island and sectional in the living room. Our wifi is very good and you are able to access your Netflix, Hulu or Apple TV accounts. Our home has a mix of 120 year old antiques, modern furniture and amenities. Guest access We have two parking spaces in our driveway and plenty of street parking. Other things to note Our daughter has extreme allergies and for that reason we don't allow shoes in the house. We only allow the guests (max six) to be at the house. We do not allow any additional guests to visit. We’ve had issues in the past and this is the reason for the rule. Sorry! Thank you!
