The space Access to the apartment is via an outer door with a security keypad, up one flight of stone stairs with a handrail, and entry through your own front door to the apartment. Upon entry there are 4 steps down, after which the accommodation is all on one level. There is a spacious living and dining area with attached well-equipped kitchen. The 3 seater sofa converts into a single sofa bed, as does the chair bed. There is an additional armchair positioned by the window to take in the views - maybe you'll spot the seals on the Eileans! The drop leaf dining table opens up to seat up to 4 people, and is also a lovely spot to sit and work or write while looking out to the seascape. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, and is a cosy space with a brand new comfortable double bed, hanging space for clothes, and a spacious chest of drawers (upcycled by me!). The shower room is compact, modern and clean with an electric shower for instant hot showers, a heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet for storage. Natural light floods in through the skylight making this room bright and airy, and your morning shower extra refreshing! Evenings at the Island Sanctuary are cosy and snug, with sumptuous cushions and blankets, the warm glow of flickering LED candles throughout, a mini library to explore, and board games to play. There is high speed Wi-Fi, with an Alexa linked to Spotify for all your music needs. The TV has Freeview channels and radio, and can connect to your Netflix and other streaming accounts.
