The lovely Victorian terrace house has 4 bedrooms in total with modern furnishings, period features and charm. Huge family bathroom bath & shower, lovely comfortable living room, big communal kitchen & outside patio. The space This is a relatively new listing but please do check our reviews from other listings if in any doubt as we have been well respected Airbnb hosts for over 8 years. This elegant 4-bedroom terrace house, dating back to Victorian Dublin, is centrally located in the central Smithfield area, just a 2-minute walk from the Luas station. The residence combines historical charm with modern conveniences, providing a unique setting for your stay in Dublin. The ground floor comprises a welcoming living room with high ceilings, complete with an original redbrick fireplace and 5 seater sofa. Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen is bright and spacious, offering ample countertop space and storage, as well as a pod coffee machine for your morning brew. Views across to Smithfield square from the kitchen window The first floor houses three bedrooms (2 big and 1 small) each with its own distinct charm and all with king sized beds. One of the bedrooms boasts excellent storage. All rooms are well-lit and designed to serve as cozy living spaces. There is a big bathroom with bath and shower. The shower is electric so no concerns about hot water running out! For outdoor relaxation, the property features a cobbled patio area, complemented by a raised flower bed and outdoor seating, including chairs and a table. This space offers a delightful setting for al fresco dining or enjoying a cup of coffee. The property is equipped with triple-glazed windows for tranquility amongst the central location, high ceilings that enhance the sense of space, and a spacious, well-presented family bathroom. Entertainment options include a Virgin Media television package, superfast 1Mb broadband WiFi, and compatibility with Netflix and Amazon Prime services. The house's prime location places it within very short walking distance of key Dublin attractions, including the Jameson Distillery and the iconic Guinness Brewery just across the river. 10 minutes walk to get to Temple Bar. Please note that as an old house with areas still to be renovated, this place has it quirks and is a little rough around the edges so please be prepared to treat with care :) Guest access The whole house is all yours to enjoy :) Other things to note We have a Nest Security camera at back of property capturing exterior garden area only including patio. Also Nest doorbell camera covering outside front door outside area only Both are switched on, recording at all times. These have been installed for your security and safety. There is fast WIFI with a 'Mesh' system that ensures it reaches the whole house. Smart Speakers have muted microphones by default but are available to use if you wish to do so. Please note, we currently do not have any on-site parking or residents parking permits. So if bringing a car note that parking would be up to you to organise. There is limited pay and display on street parking in the surrounding streets We have fantastic public transport options and because parking is generally difficult throughout Dublin advise all guests to come without where possible or organise longer term parking options. Any questions just let us know! Please note this apartment is not suitable for parties or events of any kind and we cannot accept any guests in the apartment beyond those on the confirmed booking. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbours in our quiet residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Note that we do monitor any attempts to break our house rules.
