This updated 1890's farm house, once known as the Moses Home, sits across from Cayuga Lake. Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region, we are near Wine Trails, Cheese Farms, Breweries, Historical Sites, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, Cayuga Lake State Park (1 mile) with a beach, playground and boat launch, Del Lago Casino & Waterloo Premium Outlet. 40 miles from Watkins Glen, 35 miles from Ithaca, and 1 hour from Syracuse & Rochester Airports. Perfect for your family/friends getaway. The space ••SUMMER STAYS (June-August) 3 night minimum stay. Our home is the perfect vacation getaway for families and friends. 5 bedrooms (1 King bed and 4 Queen beds and an air mattress if needed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry/storage room and landing. The landing is located at the top of the winding staircase, with a couch and chair for reading, playing games or late night chit-chats. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot and Keurig. Linens are provided. Our guests love the covered, front porch that overlooks Cayuga Lake where you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or a moonrise while drinking a glass of local wine. There is also an enclosed side porch (heated) to enjoy all year long. There is plenty of space to gather and plenty of places for peace of mind. Guest access Entire home is yours. Parking for 4 vehicles. For a few additional cars, a boat or jet ski trailer, there is room in front of the garage, near the road. It is grass, not paved.
