Less than a 5 minute walk to the Grand Central and Edge district of Downtown St. Pete! 7 miles to world famous beaches. Tons of shopping, bars, breweries, and restaurants close by. Half a mile walk to Tropicana Field! The space -King bed with hotel quality linens and pillows, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine. -Bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hotel style towels, and microfiber makeup remover cloths. -In unit washer and dryer with detergent -Fully equipped, full size kitchen (toaster, Keurig pod coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, pots, pans and all the basics. There are a few oils and spices) -Living room has a smart TV and a few board games and cards. -We offer 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 beach towels free of charge. -Onsite parking -Electronic lock for easy access **This is a second floor unit with only stair access. Other things to note There is a security camera outside for our guests safety. It covers the main entrance and the guest parking spot. No cameras or recording devices of any kind are inside the unit. For those traveling without a car or those not wanting to drive while here, there is a bike and electric scooter rental hub 4 blocks from the apartment. There is also a a rapid bus transit called the Sun Runner that will take you to the beach and downtown only 5 blocks away.
