Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire of the property including private back garden and driveway parking for two cars. Other things to note SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge. CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay. Travel cot available for use, please be sure to bring your own bedding and linen if required as this is not included. We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size hair and body wash etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in. SMART TV You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime. COFFEE MACHINE Nespresso coffee pods not provided but can be easily purchased from a local shop. BACK DOOR PLEASE make sure to hook the bi-folding back door to the hook on the wall when opened, to prevent the door from becoming damaged when the wind blows.
