This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is ideally located between two seas on the coast of the village of Lamothe-Landerron. The unique view as well as the calm of its environment, will enhance your stay. You can admire the Garonne plain from the swimming pool overlooking the valley. In the morning, breakfast can be taken on the south side by the pool or on the north side, overlooking the vineyard, the forest and the surrounding fields. The space This is a family home that has been completely renovated inside and out. The kitchen is functional and well equipped: oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, hand blender, electric juicer. The rooms are cozy and convenient. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms. A second bed (folding bed) can be provided. The garden is 2800 square meters, not fenced. The pool is 10 x 5 m and is 1.50 m deep at most. It has a tarp that ensures safety when closed. Handling is simple and quick. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. Other things to note If you wish, I offer a "breakfast" basket for your first breakfast, including: - baker's brioche - farm butter - goat's/sheep's or cow's milk cheese (according to your tastes) - artisanal jam - seasonal fruits - whole-wheat bread - tea/coffee The rate is 10 euros per adult.
