Welcome to RVA! Enjoy this 2 BR + 2.5 BA home on the east side of Richmond in a quiet neighborhood. This home is equipped with anything you may need during your stay! The best part you might ask ? In 12 minutes, you can get to all the attractions in downtown shockoe bottom such as fine dinning , museums, bars, clubs, topgolf and so much more. The airport is also within 10 min, which makes the location very convenient. This is also an amazing stay for a couples trip or a family vacation . The space The house is located in a quiet neighborhood off Nine Mile road. We have 3 bedrooms but you will only have access to 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed, LED nightstands, closet space, and TV mounted on the wall to watch your favorite movies. Both bedrooms are built in a suite like style with a connection to a bathroom with all the essentials that you might need during your stay. The living room and kitchen are styled in an open area concept that is super cozy yep spacious great for entertaining .The living room has a 75” tv mounted on the wall, a beautiful white & Gold Shoes rack upon entry, an electric fireplace for entertainment purposes and a half a bath. The living room is naturally lit during the day because of all the windows and the patio door, which provides light directly across the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking supplies so please feel free to enjoy and create magic . The washer and dryer are hidden behind the adorned white barn doors in the kitchen. There are sitting spaces on the front porch and the backyard for several moments of fresh air . Guest access Guest will have full Access to: · 2 Bedroom · 2 and half Bath · Laundry Room · Kitchen · Living Room · Front Yard and Fenced backyard Area The middle room (3rd BR) will be locked and will not be accessible to guest. Guest will be provided with a 4 digit code after booking. Other things to note ***PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING*** House Rules: Absolutely NO PARTIES. Small gatherings are welcomed but shall not exceed 10 peoples maximum. No smoking inside. The back and the front yard space is designated for smoking. A Charge of $100 will occur if evidence is found inside the house. No stain or fluid including throw up and bodily fluid on the sectional couch downstairs. A charge of $200 will occur if evidence is found. The maximum capacity of people who are staying in the home is five. A charge of $50 per person will occur if the number surpasses the maximum. SECURITY: Please note that there are four outdoor Wyze cameras for security on both the front and back entrances. This is for not only owner protection, but guest protection as well. Those are the only four cameras on the property and it faces the driveway, street and the backyard. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason. PET POLICY: No pets allowed on property. This is non-negotiable.
