A Private Bungalow at the Butte

This private bungalow combines the best of the Eug-Spr metro's nature and city scene. Peaceful and centrally-located, you have the place all to yourself and can stay via entry code for easy access day or night. It's a one-bedroom, one-bath with a comfy living room and fully equipped kitchen suited for longer stays or just those who love to cook. Sleeping options include a queen memory foam mattress, heavy duty airbed, or the outdoor tent cot (available upon request). Guest access The guesthouse is down the long driveway at the back of our property. It's situated atop the detached double garage. You'll find a staircase that leads to a deck for access to the guesthouse door. Other things to note We are extremely clean by nature and are thorough in our cleanliness. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process but go a step further in some places. Rest assured knowing that we sanitize all high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob and remote control, and launder all linens, floor mats, couch covers, towels, etc. after each stay. Under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, we also provide extra cleaning supplies in case you would like to clean as you stay.
