It has one full size queen bed, one fold out futon couch and an additional convertible dinette-to-bed option. Guests will enjoy an amazing pastoral view out every window and some peace and quiet among our lovely landscape. The RV sits on 20 acres with direct access to on-property walking trails. There are also additional walking/hiking/biking trails as well as additional outdoor recreation opportunities at the nearby Cottonmill Lake State Recreation Area. Cozy up around the campfire while enjoying the sights and sounds of the neighboring horses and goats at the adjacent working horse ranch. The fresh water tank will be full and the gray and black tanks empty at the start of each stay, but guests are encouraged to conserve water and practice awareness of tank capacity based on their groups numbers and duration of stay. *Please note that the fold out futon couch and dinette-to-bed are both smaller than traditional beds and most suitable for kids or petite adults.
