This unique 32.9 square meter corner unit is well lit and comes with a beautiful interior design. We have a newly renovated 1 bedroom corner unit that has been transformed into a studio hotel suite with a balcony unit and brand new furniture and appliances. This unique 32.9 square meter of space is well lit and comes with a beautiful interior design. It is located in Tower 5 near the public transportation hub of Quezon City (MRT-3 and LRT-1 are 20-minutes walk) and within 10-15 minutes walk to SM North EDSA and Trinoma malls. Business travelers, students, couples, vacationers will enjoy this area as this is very accessible in a convenient location. We designed this place to offer a somewhat hotel like vibe. Living/Dining Space There is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 pax which is facing the television, and a 50-inch 4k Smart TV with about 100 cable channels including HBO HD and a Bluetooth sound bar. Netflix and YouTube can be accessed through the Smart TV if you have an account. The pendant light fixture installed in our dining space and the led lights in the living area gives a romantic vibe in our space. Kitchen Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an infrared cooker, microwave oven, cooking equipment, plates, cups, glasses and cutleries. Hand towel and paper towels will be provided during your stay. Bathroom We have a hanging cabinet and a corner base cabinet that will allow you to store your toiletries during your stay. The shower stall has a water heater, hand held and rain shower options, soap and shampoo dispenser, and a high quality imported shower curtain. Toilet tissue paper, a hand towel and bath towels are provided during your stay. Bedroom One queen-size bed is ava ilable. Fresh and new bed linens every after guest to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a relaxing sleep. Pillows and mattress are enveloped in pillow case and mattress protectors. It comes with a 1.5 hp split-type air conditioner. A wardrobe closet with a mirror and a drawer on the side for your clothes storage. Convenience On the ground level, you’ll find a convenience (Alfamart) and other dine-in shops. Opposite our building you can find Delicious Bro kitchen bar and restaurant, Hong Kong Roasting, BDO ATM and for more shopping and dine-in restaurants, SM mall is just a walking distance. Aside from that, in front of SM North EDSA Mall is the public transportation hub where you can hop and go places around Quezon City, Manila and even to Caloocan or Valenzuela. There is also an ongoing construction for a new train line that can go further places but there is already an existing MRT-3 station that is 20-minutes walk that can take you to Pasay which is the North Avenue station connected to Trinoma mall. The Roosevelt LRT-1 station is about 20 minutes walk if you exit on Gate 4 towards EDSA. Check-in Check-in is from 2:00pm to 9:00pm Check-out is 12:00noon We can allow early check-in and late check-out ONLY IF we do not have a guest prior to your check-in date and check-out date. There is a fee of Php100.00 per hour for request of early check-in or extension of stay. If the requested hours of extension is beyond 5 hours, an overnight rate will apply. A government-issued photo identification card (per guest) is required for the issuance of the visitor’s authorization form. Guest access Guests can access our unit including the balcony except for the locked cabinets and storage. Other things to note Important things to know: Smoking, vaping and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and will be subject to penalties. Internet connection is not guaranteed throughout the whole stay. As much as we would like you to surf all the time, we are in no control of the internet providers signal. Parking spaces are very limited. Unfortunately, we don’t have a parking space, but we can refer you to other unit owners that have parking spaces available for rent. Parking spaces are limited so we suggest booking in advance. Sheets and all others alike IF stained or damaged, will be charged to guests account accordingly. Prices of damaged sheets/things, extra cleaning and penalties will be computed and charged base on the receipt of the product. Pool/Resort access is not included in the accommodation. Prices are as follow. • ₱ 150 per person per day for regular days ( Advance notice needed ) • ₱ 100 extra charge per hour of early check in or late check out. *Not guaranteed and is subject to availability
