Brand new and great apartment in the middle of Svolvær city center with high standard and fantastic views over Vestfjorden from the 5th floor of the building. The nearest neighbor is Thon Hotel with all its urban amenities, including bar, restaurant, Lyst Lofoten Sauna and great outdoor areas. The apartment has a great open living room and kitchen solution, delicate furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. There is a master bedroom, as well as an available room/alcove with a double bed. The space The entire apartment will be available and used by me and my family only sporadically. When we are not in Lofoten, it will be available to others. It is delicately furnished. The kitchen will be well equipped, and the laundry room contains both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
