Opposite a great pub (the roasts are amazing) and next to Blakers Park. 15min walk to Preston Park or London Road station, 20min walk to Brighton station. We have a garden from and back, good WiFi for home working. Quiet neighborhood, and great coffee shops nearby. Amazon Fire TV and multiple Alexa's in the house.
