This is a newly constructed cabin located on the Angelina River. Quiet surrounding and just minutes away from the South end of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Umphrey Family Pavilion. With the outdoor enthusiast in mind, there is a range of activities from fishing, hunting, watersports, golf, and dining all within a 10 minute drive. This two bedroom one bath with a loft is perfect for an entertaining getaway for a family with kids or a couples retreat for relaxing with a nice view. The space This is a newly constructed cabin with nice beds and all the amenities of home. The entire home is for your pleasure with the exception of a small utility closet for supplies. There is a camper slip next to the cabin that is for personal use and will be vacant. Other things to note To be clear, this property uses well water. It is suitable for showering and has been tested to be safe. However, we do not recommend drinking the tap water.
