It has a comfortable "home feeling" as you walk through the door! Just a short 2 block walk to area beaches and it is centrally located to too many activities to even list! The rooftop patio is a the icing on the cake! You can enjoy early morning sunrises or evening sunsets while bbqing! Let us share this piece of paradise you! The space You will feel right at home as you walk through the front door as you access the clean and comfortable surroundings! Well equipped with 3 air conditioning units throughout. The living room is cozy and comfortable with a Smart TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs and utensils while the bathroom is stocked with all of the essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and clean towels. One bedroom has a roomy king size bed and the other bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The roof top patio is such a pleasant place to relax and hang out! It is supplied with a gas grill and cozy patio furniture along with carnival lighting. This home consists of 2 separate units with 2 separate entrances. It has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So, this side has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and the other side has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both sides are very private from each other. If you would like to rent the full house to accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two kitchens please contact me and we can make it happen! Other things to note This unit has an in shower hot water unit. No hot water on sinks or kitchen. Usually this in shower units provide hot water enough to shower comfortably but it will not be extremely hot This vacation home is located in Jarealito, a neighborhood in Arecibo. Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve and Camuy River Cave Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Arecibo Observatory and Parque Acuatico, Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve - 3 min walk, La Poza Beach - 3 min walk, Playa Caza y Pesca - 10 min walk, El Muelle Beach - 15 min walk, and Arecibo Lighthouse - 18 min walk.
