Beautiful house in NW Bakersfield! Luxury Awaits! Split wing with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Guests will have access to the gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and common areas of the house. Pool and jacuzzi available May through Sept only. No backyard grill, BBQ or fire pit. The home is my primary residence and some items are kept in closets and drawers. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Home is located close to Highway 99 and all local attractions and restaurants. Other things to note **No smoking/vaping of legal or illegal substances on premises, inside or outside. **No glass in the pool area. **Pool area is not fenced, not responsible for injury or death around or in pool. **Anyone who appears under the age of 35 will need to provide a valid photo ID upon arrival as well as valid photo ID of all guests. Host will leave once all guests have arrived and IDs checked if appear under 35 unless prior arrangements have been made between host and guests. This is to prevent unauthorized parties, which I have experienced by untruthful guests. **Camera on outside of home, in the front and back. They are to remain on and in their exact position and not touched. **Only people listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises; no extra guests or visitors unless prior approval is give. **Quiet hours between 11pm-7am. **Host will stay in back house, with its own private entrance, when in town and main house is being used by Airbnb
