Wake up to peaceful lake views, spend the day kayaking or paddleboarding on crystal-clear water, and enjoy spectacular sunsets by the fire pit. Bright, spacious rooms for family and friends, plus entertainment: pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, darts, karaoke, kayaks, and paddleboards. In winter, snowmobile trails (Route 108) are only 500 m away. Open concept kitchen and living room. Big TV with Youtube and Netflix. High speed internet - Starlink. The outdoors is full of wildlife. Beautiful and crystal water lake great and SAFE for kids as the water level is low in the shore. We have 2 adults kayks + 2 kids kayks + 2 paddle boards High outdoor netting gazebo with very comfortable couch + table to admire the sunset + Outdoor propane heater to keep you warm in chilly days! (We do not provide propane for outdoor heater, barbecue or firewood for firepit) It offers exceptional fishing year round where the bite is always on. Enjoy locking on to rod bending bass during the summer, or if you prefer winter fishing, the lake has plenty of pickeral/walleye and pike. If it's exercise you seek, strap on your cross country skis or snowshoes and enjoy the peace and serenity of cottage country. The snowmobile trail is 500 meters away from the cottage (Route 108), allowing you hours of trail riding. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note *We dont provide gas for barbecue and outdoor heater or firewood. * We have a few spare life jackets, we recommend you bring your own. * We don't have generator. *Pet friendly.
