Queen suite with private 3/4 bathroom, TV, desk, reading chair. Access to shared living room, kitchenette with hot plate, 1/2 bath with laundry, exercise room and patio with grill, fire pit and seating. One off street parking space and separate rear entrance. We use the exercise room and have a second suite for guests that share the other common spaces. Ideal for traveling nurses/professionals. Close to NLH, DHMC, Mt. and Lake Sunapee. Access to Chalk Pond and amenities - tennis, basketball. The space Queen bed and private 3/4 bath plus access to shared spaces in our fully finished, walk-out basement with its own entrance. Guest access Guests have access to their suite and shared access to living room, kitchenette, half bath with washer and dryer and patio with grill and fire pit. Guests also have access to our exercise room that we also use. During your stay We are happy to help with anything during your stay. Please feel free to contact us via the app or text. Other things to note Only one parking space per room. No smoking or vaping on the property. $250 fee. No pets. $250 fee. No sleeping in common areas or cooking outside kitchenette or grill area.
