The house is my private home, and therefore has everything you need. The house has a large garden of 1300 sqm with a private covered dining area. The house has toys, garden activities, gas grill, large trampoline, sandbox with sand toys - as well as board games, toys for children from 4-12 years of age. Perfect for families with children, couples who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Wadden Sea, or families with older children too, possibly a group of friends who are interested in nature and wildlife. The grocery store closed in 1971, when it was then exclusively renovated and used for private housing. The house exudes old history in a good way, and the house is still in continuous renovation, with a sense of modern style, but also with respect for the old building style. The house has a beautiful and large private garden with many trees. In continuation of the house on the garden side, there is a covered private terrace overlooking the entire garden.
