It consists of a nice living room, equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms (two with private bathroom), shared bathroom and you can enjoy a nice garden. The space The listing consists of: - A living room with TV, sofa - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, two dishwashers, stove... - Dining area - Bedroom 1 (upstairs): with a king-size bed (180×200), TV, bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), TV, bathroom (shower) - Bedroom 4: with 3 single beds, TV - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following complementary amenities: high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can enjoy all the essential shops, but also shops, restaurants, bars, markets... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house. When it comes to other modes of transportation, here's some information you may find helpful: - Nearest train stations: Gare de Brest or Gare de Morlaix about 50 min drive - Nearest Airport: Brest Airport about 35 min drive away Guest access The entire property, garden and pool. Other things to note - Swimming pool: non-contractual opening period and subject to weather conditions - Linens and towels included - Pets are allowed in the accommodation, for a fee. Please state this at the time of booking. - End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the amount already paid.The house must therefore be left as clean as when you arrived. If you would like a cleaning option, the amount is €200. - Any request to check in or check out outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the receptionist. You may be asked for a flat fee.
