Other things to note PARKING There is parking for up to 3 cars. Please read carefully to check parking is suitable for your transport. There are two car parking spaces to the front of the property, opposite the house front door. These are off the road right against the green metal fence. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT ON STREET PARKING BUT THESE SPACES ARE LOCATED OFF THE ROAD OPPOSITE THE PROPERTY. IF YOU PARK ON STREET YOU MAY RECEIVE A PARKING FINE. The front parking spaces are suitable for 2 small/medium cars. Only one estate size car can fit in the space opposite (which will limit the number of cars you are able to bring). There is one additional parking space to the rear of the property for a small car. PETS A dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog. - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings. - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house. - Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4.00 pm and check-out time is before 10.00 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
