It is located on the 8th Floor, just one floor below the RECREATION AREA (9th Floor: Pool table, ping pong, bar, living areas, etc.) and on the 10th Floor you arrive directly at the Meeting Rooms (Networking). Living area with sofa bed, air conditioning, 4K UHD screen and more than 600 Retro GAMES to remember old times, which together will create the perfect atmosphere to live together. Fully equipped luxury kitchen (electric stove, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Ninja blender, etc.). Dining room for 6 people (Only a maximum of 4 people are allowed between adults and children). Guest access Access to the condominium is controlled by security personnel, so all guests must be registered in advance. They will be given a special wristband, which they must wear throughout the stay. Official identification of the person responsible for the reservation is required for registration. You can enter the apartment using a smart code lock. If you're driving, you'll have 1 private, covered, safe, and free parking space. All condo routes and areas have ramps, elevators, and stairs for your convenience. Inside the apartment, all areas will be yours alone. Outside of it, you will find hallways, elevators and common areas, which you will share with the neighbors, so we ask you to be respectful and kind. No more than four people (including adults and children) are allowed in the apartment, and parties or gatherings are not allowed. CHECK-OUT at 11:00 am. Please respect the schedule. This will determine whether we have the apartment ready and clean for the next guest. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ****POOL: In order to use the pool, you must book at least 24 hours in advance and follow the following rules: * Only guests staying longer than 3 nights are allowed to enter. * Entry is only allowed from Tuesday to Sunday from 7am to 9pm. *Maximum time in the pool is 2 hours. *On Saturdays and Sundays, reservations cannot be requested because the administrative staff does not work on those days. ****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service is recommended where the apartment will be cleaned, including washing towels, bedding, etc., at an additional cost of $700 Mexican pesos.**** ****Any bed linen or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or stains that are difficult to remove will be charged depending on what has been stained.**** Other things to note Additional rules: -NO SMOKING inside the apartment and/or consuming illegal substances in Mexico. - NO PARTIES WITHOUT EXCEPTION, no loud music, and no behavior that might disturb the neighbors. Should the community's peace be disturbed, the police might be called, and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately. The building's security is authorized to take the measures they deem necessary. - An extra cost of $149 pesos per person per night applies for 2 people or more. - If you use a parking space other than the one assigned, you will be liable for a vehicle lock and a fine from the building. -Parking card replacement fee: $2,000 MXN - Charge for replacement of access card to amenities: $500 MXN. -Additional charges in case of damage to the accommodation/furniture/accessories will depend on the case. -Trash is deposited in the garbage room (stairs), located at the emergency door next to the elevators. - Noise moderation hours / quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. -Please make good use of the facilities, turn off all lights, air conditioning, stove, screens and other appliances, every time you leave the apartment.
