Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time. One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment, if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees. Late check outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays on check out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies. Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo in chat for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled.
