Beautiful central townhouse

Located in the heart of historic Ontinyent, a perfect base for exploring the local areas. If you love hiking or cycling with easy access to local bars and restaurants then this is the place for you. A traditional rustic Valencian townhouse, with beamed ceilings and tiled floors. With a large outdoor patio space and an upstairs terrace. Ontinyent is particularly buzzing during August, culminating with the spectacular Moors & Christians festival. Breakfast can be arranged upon request. The space The house, centrally located on a narrow street, is a tall, three-bedroom townhouse with a large back garden patio and an upstairs terrace which is a great sun trap! The two rooms available are on the first & second floor. The larger of the two has an ensuite bathroom with views out onto the garden. The second room is on the first floor with a window onto the street. The shared bathroom is on the ground floor. Here there is a large entrance hall which is perfect for storing bicycles. Guest access I am living in the house with you so obviously we must respect each other's space. I want you to feel at home, and for you to have full access to the house as if it is yours. We will be sharing the kitchen and living areas and the downstairs bathroom, although the large bedroom has its own ensuite. You will have your own shelf in the kitchen and in the fridge for your food and please make use of the sun loungers and garden areas. Your bedrooms have individual locks and you will have keys for the main entrance door. I will always be available for any advice and recommendations. During your stay I will be entirely available for any help you need. I can help arrange wine tours, restaurant bookings, hiking routes and any other advice you might need. I am English and speak a basic level of Spanish. Other things to note The bedrooms both have a double bed. I have an additional single bed if required for a 5th person and this can be placed in either room according to your requirements. A Spanish desayuno (Breakfast) of pastries, bread, tortilla, coffee and juices can be arranged at an additional cost. If you require additions such as packed lunches for hiking or even a cooked evening meal we can discuss this on arrival.
