“La Nocciolina” - attic in the historic center

Cozy attic studio, totally renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Cortemilia, Borgo San Michele, at the foot of the famous medieval tower. The central location is strategic for leaving the car and going on foot or by bike into the nature of the surrounding hills, or through the streets of the town in search of history and traditions, shopping in the many shops, and savoring the food and wine excellences that characterize the Langhe. The recently renovated room is equipped with air conditioning and every comfort; it is furnished with great attention to detail, combining the modernity of the cooking area and bathroom with rustic and retro components that take the guest back to the atmosphere of the past. The bed, which was initially "French-style", is now a STANDARD DOUBLE size 160x190 cm, after the valuable suggestion of the first guests who stayed at "la nocciolina". Bed and bath linens are provided by industrial laundry for perfect sterilization and ironing. Available free of charge: Nespresso Dolcegusto coffee machine, with regular and decaffeinated coffee pods; teas and herbal teas, white and brown sugar. Recently, the latest generation microwave oven, vintage model, in moss green color matching the walls, has been added. The kitchenette with induction top is equipped with all the basic dishes, as well as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. In the house there is an iron and a small sewing kit for quick repairs. In the bathroom, guests will find, in addition to the usual set of towels, a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, sanitary bags, and a first aid kit. Other things to note The attic is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator up to the third floor. To safeguard the safety of the Guests, on the occasion of the recent renovation of the room, the gas systems were abolished, replaced by: boiler for hot water, convector for air conditioning, induction stove.
