Sea Glimpses Studio, Port Isaac (great location)

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance. The space The studio flat is located above The Peapod and has its own separate entrance located to the side of the shop. There is a key safe - we will let you know the code so you can let yourselves in or you can come into the shop and be greeted by one of our lovely members of staff. (Please note that you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the flat - there is no lift.) The flat has a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. There is a living room area with a sofa, coffee table and television, where you can relax after a long day exploring Port Isaac and the surrounding areas. Up a small staircase there is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. THE BED IS UNDER A SLOPED CEILING. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE BED WITHOUT BANGING YOUR HEAD. There is a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. The flat is light and airy with velux windows opening out to views of Port Isaac and some glimpses of the sea! There is no parking outside the flat but there is a council car park 150 yards away, plus we have a private parking space you can rent if the car park is full. Guest access The flat is completely self contained and you’ll be able to access all areas and it will be private for you. Other things to note The flat is at the top of Port Isaac. It is a short 2 minute walk DOWN HILL to get to either Port Isaac Harbour or Port Gaverne.
