Relax with the whole family, or a great place to stay while you work, this 3 bedroom house is situated on 73 acres, just 10 km south of Rocky Mountain House. A bright & comfortable home that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a large deck that is ideal for dinning alfresco. Toast your marsh mellows at the fire pit, whilst the kids play on the swing set or watch the sunset & enjoy the mountain views from the front porch. Beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, or snowmobiling are all within easy reach. The space The house is the first along the drive, located to the front of the property and over looks the hay field with mountain views. Three bedrooms provide a Queen, double and a single bed for your comfort. The house is serviced by a well and septic system and a water dispenser is available in the house for drinking water. There is a deck to both the front and the rear of the property and a spacious garden area around it, for outdoor games and activities. A children's play set to the rear provides entertainment for the kids while you relax on the deck and fire up the grill. There is a small pond to the rear, where ducks and frogs are seen to hang out and if your an early riser you may see the deer and moose that often travel through the property. Guest access Parking for two cars is available to the front of the property which is situated directly off the Cowboy trail, making this an easy drive and a great location for exploring the many lakes, ATV trails and hiking near by. There is a walking path to the outside of the hay field which guests are welcome to use. We have donkeys,lambs,chickens and cats, so any pets should be leashed when outside. Other things to note Rocky mountain house is just a short 10km drive and provides a variety of restaurants, stores and places of historical interest.
